How to Navigate and Manage Your Account
Open Main Template Page
Start by opening the main template page of the platform.
Step 1: Click on Avatar Image
Locate and click on your avatar image.
Step 2: Click on 'Account'
Select the 'Account' option.
Step 3: Access Company Information
Click on 'Company info' to see your company details. Event visitors will see their personal details instead.
Step 4: Return to Main Account View
Click on 'Account' again to return to the main account view.
Step 5: Update Security Settings
Select 'Security' to update your password or close your account.
Step 6: Modify Public Profile
Click on 'Profile' to update your public profile information.
Step 7: Access Stripe Dashboard
Choose 'Stripe Dashboard' to open and manage your Stripe account.
Step 8: Stripe Login
Log in to your Stripe account for more detailed information.
