How to Book Tickets and Provide Event Feedback as an Event Visitor
Open the Main Template Page
Start by opening the main template page of the platform.
Step 1: Click on the Event Tile
Select the event you are interested in by clicking on its tile.
Step 2: Select the Date and Time
Choose the date and time for the event you want to attend.
Step 3: Click on Chair Icon to Reserve the Seat
Reserve your seat by clicking on the chair icon.
Step 4: Confirm the Details and Reservation
Check and confirm the details of your reservation.
Step 5: Release a Selected Seat Before Checkout (If Needed)
If you want to change your seat, click on the already selected seat to release it before finalizing the checkout.
Step 6: Click on 'Release This Seat' (If Applicable)
Use this option to release a seat if needed.
Step 7: Choose Ticket Type
Click on the type of ticket you wish to purchase (e.g., Standard ticket).
Step 8: Click on 'Checkout'
Proceed to checkout to finalize your booking.
Step 9: Payment and Order Confirmation
Click on 'Make Payment' to complete the order. If you have already provided a payment method, the Stripe checkout screen will be skipped.
Once payment is done, you'll be redirected to the orders' history page.
Step 10: Download Invoice
Click on 'Download the Invoice' to get the invoice in PDF format.
Step 11: Initiate Chat with Event Owner (If Needed)
Click on 'Chat' to start a conversation with the event owner. Type your question if needed.
Step 12: Show the Ticket
Click on 'Show the Ticket' to view your ticket.
Step 13: Check Venue Location
Click on the address to see the venue location. Google Maps will open in a new tab.
14: Event Feedback
After attending the event, you have the option to leave feedback. - Click on "What do you think about this event?" - Provide your comments and rate the event. - Click on "Publish" to post your feedback. Note that the admin can configure instant event publishing or a moderation mode where comments are reviewed first.
